Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Alternatively, please feel free to give us a call during our business hours (12pm-8pm M-Th, 12pm-9pm F-Sat, MST) at 307-745-8116 and we can resolve the issue over the phone.
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States of America. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped via air to Alaska or Hawaii. Whenever possible, we will use USPS First Class Mail to ship your items. This will usually result in a 1-3 day transit time after our shipping window of a maximum of 2 business days, though we usually ship the same or next business day.
